Encrypted messaging
Conversations are encrypted at rest. Plaintext message bodies are rejected at the database itself — not just in the app.
Your data rights
Export or erase your data. Erasure destroys the encryption keys for your messages, so deleted really means gone.
Append-only trail
Decisions and confirmations are recorded in a log that cannot be quietly rewritten after the fact.
No property money
HAVIXO charges a platform subscription only. It never holds a property's purchase money or acts as escrow.
