What the price does and does not cover
- Covers your access to the platform: listings, Property Rooms, workflow and messaging.
- Does not take any share of a property sale, rent or deposit.
- Property money stays between the parties and their bank or notary — HAVIXO is never in the middle.

Straight answers
Is browsing free?
Yes. Discovery and opening a Property Room do not require a subscription.
Do you take a commission on deals?
No. The subscription is the only thing HAVIXO charges. There is no cut of the property price.
Can I cancel?
Yes — it is a monthly subscription. Your evidence trail and records remain intact and exportable.
How are payments handled?
Card billing runs through Stripe for the subscription only. During the current staging phase, billing runs in Stripe test mode.
