Jurisdiction baseline: Spain/Catalonia + EU. Languages: EN master; ES/CA translations required before ES-market publication.
Acceptance is versioned and audit-logged (M10).

- **Reporting:** every listing and AI surface has a "Report" entry point; notices may include the URL, reason and evidence.
- **Processing:** notices are acknowledged, reviewed by a human, and decided with written reasons; the notifier and the
provider are informed; repeated abusive notices may be restricted (with reasons).
- **Action:** unlawful or policy-violating content is removed or restricted ("taken down"); the provider may appeal;
records are kept in the append-only audit log.
- **Trader information:** professional suppliers must provide identity, address and contact ("trader info"), displayed
where required; HAVIXO performs plausibility checks.
- **Transparency:** aggregate quarterly figures (notices, actions, appeal outcomes) are published.
