Jurisdiction baseline: Spain/Catalonia + EU. Languages: EN master; ES/CA translations required before ES-market publication.
Acceptance is versioned and audit-logged (M10).

- **Provider verification:** individuals — identity evidence; agencies — KYB + applicable licence (ES-CT rules).
- **Authority:** every listing requires an ownership or mandate document; its hash is recorded; the document itself
stays in the private vault.
- **Evidence labels** are assigned per source: VERIFIED requires an active credential record; labels are re-evaluated
on document expiry or dispute.
- "Verified" in product copy always names its scope; absolute claims ("100% secure", "fully verified") are prohibited.
- Disputes about verification outcomes: Trust Center → human review (24h first response, 72h target decision) → appeal.
