Applies to feed partners and service partners. Data Processing Addendum: roles (controller/processor per flow),
EU processing, sub-processor transparency, breach notice ≤72h, deletion on exit, audit rights.
SLA: availability target, incident classes and response targets, status page. API terms: keys are per-partner,
rate-limited and revocable; no scraping or resale of platform data; partner integrations pass the procurement gate
before production (allowlist enforced at network level).
