or title effect.
- Documents are shared via purpose-bound grants; the applicant controls scope and can revoke; reviewers see documents
only for the stated purpose.
- Decisions (accept/reject/counter) are made by the authorized human party and recorded with reasons; the platform
never decides.
- Submissions are versioned; withdrawal is possible until acceptance; expiry windows are displayed.
- Anti-discrimination: decision reasons must be lawful; discriminatory criteria are prohibited and reportable (LEG-07).
