false authority claims; harassment in messaging; scraping or bulk export; malware; circumvention of capability,
verification or payment-declaration controls; use of the Share mode for nightly/holiday accommodation.
Violations lead to graduated enforcement (warning → listing takedown → suspension) with notice, reasons and appeal (LEG-07).
